Communication:
The freelancer should maintain clear communication with the client throughout the project. They should respond promptly to messages and keep the client updated on the progress of the work.
Quality of Work:
The freelancer must deliver high-quality work that meets the client's requirements. If the client is not satisfied with the work, the freelancer may be asked to make revisions until the client is satisfied.
Confidentiality:
The freelancer must maintain confidentiality regarding the client's information and the project details. They should not share any information with third parties without the client's permission.
Timelines:
Freelancers must adhere to the agreed timelines for completing the project. If there is any delay in completing the work, the freelancer should inform the client as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct:
Freelancers must adhere to our website's code of conduct and avoid any behavior that could damage our reputation or the reputation of our clients.
Complaints:
In case of any issue with the client, the freelancer must create a complaint ticket through our website and inform the admin. Our admin team will take the necessary actions based on the complaint.
